1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how 21 Robots LLC ("Opi Robotics", "we", "us"), a New Mexico domestic limited liability company (company number 7137575) with its head office at 530-B Harkle Road, Ste 100, Santa Fe, NM 87505, USA, handles personal data collected through our marketing website (opirobotics.com) and through our industrial monitoring platform when deployed at a customer site. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
Opi Robotics is the trading brand of 21 Robots LLC. 21 Robots LLC is the data controller for every category of personal data described in this policy, and it is the contracting party named on our order forms, invoices, and data processing agreements. Where this policy says Opi Robotics, the legal obligations sit with 21 Robots LLC.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data — name, work email, and company you provide when requesting access or creating an account.
- Usage data — pages visited, the free tool inputs you choose to submit, and general device/browser information, collected via analytics cookies you can decline.
- Operational data — for customers with a deployed platform, sensor and PLC signal data from monitored equipment. This data belongs to the customer and is processed under a separate data processing agreement, not this policy.
- Communications — messages you send us via email, including sales and support correspondence.
3. How we use it
We use personal data to operate and improve our website and platform, respond to inquiries, provision accounts, send account-related notices, and, where you've given consent via our cookie banner, for analytics and marketing measurement. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 24 months. Website usage data collected via analytics cookies is retained for up to 14 months. Operational sensor data retention is configurable per customer contract, typically between 30 and 365 days.
5. Sharing & disclosure
We share data with infrastructure and analytics subprocessors strictly to operate our services, under contractual confidentiality obligations. We disclose data when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of Opi Robotics, our customers, or the public.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging on operational data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to report any suspected vulnerability to security@opirobotics.com.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw analytics/marketing consent at any time via Cookie Settings in our footer. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@opirobotics.com; we will respond within 30 days.
